MY STORY
It all began with my Grandma, Mom & Emeril Lagasse.....

The MacMomma evolved from a recipe I grew up watching my Grandma Helen and mom make for Sunday dinners.  I remember being so excited cracking the eggs, watching it go in the oven, and when it hit the plate, wow!  I've tweaked the recipe over the years and developed the right mixture of love and cheese.  Once you taste you'll want to Smack Yo Momma and say, "Why didn't you ever make mac and cheese like this?"

In 2008, Emeril Lagasse and Good Morning America hosted the Best Mac 'n' Cheese Ever Challenge.  The top three finalists were flown to New York and did a segment with the cast and Emeril.  What an amazing experience and truly where The MacMomma was born!

In 2015, I had the opportunity to work with the show, The Kitchen on the Food Network, which was a dream come true.  Being featured on one of my favorite shows was truly a highlight. Check out the video on the right to see the mac and cheese segment on the show.

I had the good fortune, in 2019 to be featured and cater for the nationally syndicated morning radio show, The Bert Show. A show, I listen to every morning, it was such a treat for a super fan. On the same day I was also interviewed by Sasha the Diva, another nationally syndicated show Rick and Sasha. Definitely a day where I felt the need to pinch myself!

The love, passion and obsession I have for mac and cheese can be tasted in every bite. I’m taking mac & cheese to the next level by putting an innovative twist on this American classic.  It's worthy of fine dining or the comfort of your own home.  It’s great as a side dish, dinner or a satisfying lunch. It’s a food that people from 2 to 102 can enjoy.  My hope is my MacMomma creations brings comfort to everyone.
